Can I purchase products in person at your store front?

In 2020 we transitioned to a fully online butcher shop and refitted what used to be our store front into a large freezer to allow us to fulfil a larger quantity of online orders. This means that we no longer have a store front. All orders must be placed through our online store for pick-up or delivery.

I just placed an order but forgot an item, what can I do?

You can easily order the forgotten item through our website and let us know to add it to your existing order in the comments box at the bottom your cart overview when placing the order. If your existing order is for delivery, please select “pick-up in store” to avoid paying the delivery fee twice.

Can I make special requests on my order?

Please let us know if you have any special requests or requirements on your order by leaving us a message in the comments box found at the bottom of your cart overview when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however it is not guaranteed.

An item I want is out of stock/not listed on your website, what can I do?

We update stock regularly, however, if there is something that is not available on our website, please write what product you want and how many packets in the comments box found at the bottom of your cart overview when placing your order. Should that product become available before your pick-up/delivery date, we will add the required product to your order and will send a payment invoice to your email.

Are your products frozen?

All products are supplied frozen except for items such as smallgoods (bacon, ham etc) and whole cuts. You can also find out if a product is supplied fresh or frozen by reading the product description of each item.

Why is my VIP code not working?

Please check the following:

  1. The correct code is being used.
  2. Your order value is over $50.
  3. The VIP discount will not work on quarters, sides and full bodies, meat packs and Christmas items.
